Lotts is forming a tennis team for the first time ever! Experience isn’t required and neither are try-outs for all 3rd-5th grade students. The purpose is to learn a game for a lifetime and meet others doing the same. Play begins 9/14 and ends 11/2.

Format: The team will compete against other Knox County and local private school teams based on their skill level ranging from no experience (C1, C2), some experience (B), and tournament experience (A). Timed matches will be played at West Hills or Tyson Park at 4:15 once a week on either Monday thru Thursday, depending on level.
We can have more than one team organized by level with a minimum of 4 players to play two singles and two doubles matches each week. Teams must be registered by August 31 and players may be added until September 9.
Cost: Membership in GKTA and USTA is required. The GKTA fee is $15 and the $20 USTA fee is waived for new members. T-shirts are optional, but super cool for team unity and school pride. Financial assistance may be available.
