P.A.W.S. (Program After-school With Students) is an after school enrichment program offered by the PTA. The classes are taught by trusted parents, teachers, and community members and cover topics such as: Sign Language, Legos Dacta, Chemistry, Cooking, Crafts, Martial Arts, Photography, Video Production, Gym Hockey and many more.
P.A.W.S. classes are offered during the Fall and Spring, and occur one day per week for a 6 week period. They last for one hour (3:00-4:00 p.m.) and participants are charged a nominal instruction fee. Need based scholarships are provided by the PTA, as well as providing one on one aides to children with disabilities so that classes can be made available to ALL children.
